Job summary

VAP is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist in Cebu City to build and maintain robust applicant pipelines for multiple roles across Australian and NZ clients. Strong experience in niche roles, sourcing tools, and data-driven channel management is essential.

You will join a fast-paced offshore staffing team and engage via video interviews and remote collaboration. The role emphasizes high-volume hiring, cost awareness, and English communication excellence for success in a dynamic offshore

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sourcing, marketing, and costing.
• Experience sourcing specialised and niche roles.
• LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must.
• Strong English communication and time-management skills.
• Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong applicant pipeline across roles and clients.
• Identify effective sourcing channels and eliminate non-generating ones.
• Track channel performance and costs.
• Extract, analyse, and present data from channels.
• Forecast budgets and present simplified reports.
• Handle daily ad-hoc sourcing tasks.
