Qualifications

• Australian recruitment experience for the Australian market.
• Blue-collar recruitment experience in trades, engineering, or construction.
• Strong sourcing skills using SEEK Talent Search, internal databases, referrals, and re-engagement.
• Bullhorn experience is a plus; strong Boolean sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills for candidate screening.
• Results-oriented and detail-focused with compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

Your Daily Mission

As a Candidate Resourcer, your goal is to find, engage, and qualify the best talent for blue-collar jobs in the market. Your key responsibilities include:

• Hunt for Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and our internal database to discover high-quality candidates.
• Qualify & Screen: Conduct engaging phone interviews to assess skills, certifications, and project-readiness.
• Build Talent Pools: Don\'t just fill today\'s roles\u2014build a pipeline for the future by keeping top talent warm and engaged.
• Partner with Recruiters: Work hand-in-hand with our senior recruiters to prioritize vacancies and get the right people in front of the right clients fast.
• Data Champion: Maintain an impeccable CRM, ensuring every candidate is skill-coded and tracked for maximum efficiency.
• Compliance: Handle the essential administrative heavy lifting, from collecting certifications to conducting thorough reference checks.

What You Bring to the Table

• Australian Recruitment Experience (Required): Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates for the Australian market.
• Blue-Collar Recruitment Experience (Required): Proven experience recruiting for blue-collar, trades, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, labour hire, or construction-related roles.
• Highly Desirable: Experience recruiting within mining, labour hire, construction, engineering, trades, or operations environments.
• Strong Sourcing Skills: Proven experience sourcing candidates through SEEK Talent Search, internal candidate databases, referrals, and candidate re-engagement campaigns. Strong ability to identify and engage passive talent for Australian vacancies.
• Bullhorn Experience (Preferred): Experience with Bullhorn CRM/ATS is an advantage. Strong Boolean sourcing skills and experience searching candidates through internal databases, SEEK, and other sourcing platforms are highly valued.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable building rapport with candidates and conducting phone-based screening interviews.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and achieving recruitment targets.
• Attention to Detail: Strong documentation, database management, and compliance administration skills.
