Job summary

Eastvantage is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of campaigns across multiple channels. The role focuses on coordination, logistics, and timely execution within a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Commercial teams, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are booked, tracked, and delivered accurately using HubSpot as the primary workflow tool. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ticketing or workflow systems; HubSpot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, listings, newsletters, and direct email marketing.
• Manage campaign workflows and ticketing processes within HubSpot.
• Review deals and campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and processing.
• Collaborate with CSMs, Ad Ops, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
• Coordinate content collection and asset coordination for client products.
• Review submitted content and escalate when needed.
• Monitor progress and provide reporting, metrics, and updates.
• Serve as operational link across internal teams for smooth execution.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
