Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to support digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings and email marketing. Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City, Philippines with a flexible office & remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with ticketing or workflow systems.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing.
Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing processes using HubSpot.
Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution.
Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and proper processing.
Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and ensure readiness of campaign materials.
Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics.
Identify and elevate issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
