Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized Campaign Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing in Ortigas, Pasig City, with a flexible office & remote work model.

You will manage campaign workflows in HubSpot, coordinate with Commercial, Customer Success, Ad Operations, and Product teams, review requests, track timelines, prepare progress updates, and drive efficiency to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (HubSpot a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Ad Operations, and Product teams.
• Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy and proper processing.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
• Facilitate asset collection and readiness of campaign materials.
• Monitor progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Identify and elevate issues, supporting process improvements.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Delivery Coordinator to support the seamless execution and delivery of digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be strong in coordination, stakeholder management, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of purchased campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing
• Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing processes using HubSpot
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution
• Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and proper processing
• Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
• Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and ensure readiness of campaign materials
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics
• Identify and elevate issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong project coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ticketing or workflow systems (HubSpot is a plus)
