Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing.
• Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and processing.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and readiness of campaign materials.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Identify and upscale issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

What You'll Do:
