• Sales and Revenue Generation § Engage prospective customers across the United States presenting Company AI services
• § Conduct sales conversations that guide prospects through the buying process to close
• § Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through calls, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
• § Build and manage a personal sales pipeline to achieve defined sales performance targets
• CRM and Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the Company CRM system
• If CRM sales interactions aren’t recorded, they didn’t happen
• Track sales opportunities, prospect activity, and follow-up tasks
• Apply CRM best practices including pipeline management, activity tracking, and lead status updates
• Ensure customer and prospect information remains complete and accurate
• Sales and Professional Skills
• Ability to confidently guide prospects through a sales conversation and close business
• Strong persuasion, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with measurable sales targets
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a structured call center environment
