Performacentric in Manila seeks a Customer Service Representative to contact businesses and introduce our AI readiness workshops. You will be the friendly first contact, qualifying opportunities and supporting sales and marketing in expanding the client base.

The role demands strong communication, prior telesales or customer service experience, CRM familiarity, and the ability to work independently as part of a team in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or telesales experience preferred.
