Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is hiring for a sales-oriented outbound associate in Pasig City. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls to clinics and healthcare facilities, identify decision-makers, and qualify prospects for the next sales stage.

You will maintain records of prospect status, schedule product demonstrations with the internal sales team, and endorse opportunities for further engagement. A background in telemarketing or inside sales with strong communication is required, plus OT

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business- or Science-related course.
• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or retail sales.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling outbound sales calls and achieving sales targets.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
• Flexible and willing to render overtime (OT) when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to clinics and healthcare facilities.

• Schedule product presentations and demonstrations with the internal sales team.
• Endorse qualified sales opportunities to the internal sales team for further engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect status, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations using the provided client training materials, as needed.
