Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Pasig is seeking a motivated sales/telemarketing professional to handle high-volume outbound calls to clinics and healthcare facilities, identify decision-makers, and position our platform effectively.

The role requires 1–3 years in telemarketing or inside sales, excellent communication, and a willingness to work onsite in Pasig; overtime may be required to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business- or Science-related course.
• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or retail sales.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling outbound sales calls and achieving sales targets.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
• Flexible and willing to render overtime (OT) when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to assigned clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
• Determine the current claims provider or platform being used by prospective clients.
• Identify client needs, pain points, and objections to effectively position the platform.
• Qualify interested prospects and assess their readiness for the next stage of the sales process.
• Generate additional leads through research, prospecting, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture prospects and maintain engagement.
• Schedule product presentations and demonstrations with the internal sales team.
• Endorse qualified sales opportunities to the internal sales team for further engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect status, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations using the provided client training materials, as needed.
