This full-time role is based in Mabolo, Cebu City, and welcomes newcomers looking to build a career in customer service. You will handle inquiries across calls, email, and chat, deliver excellent service, document interactions, and strive to meet performance targets while following scripts and quality standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong English, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle calls and non-voice channels.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to processes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and messaging.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Document all interactions in the system.
• Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow scripts and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.
• Meet performance targets and KPIs.
