About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Center Agent team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals with no prior BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience to launch their careers in customer service. Based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service through professional communication and problem-solving. This role offers comprehensive training to ensure you develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services in a prompt and accurate manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed call records in the system
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Follow company protocols and quality standards during all customer interactions
• Contribute to achieving team targets and performance metrics
• Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvements
• Maintain a professional demeanour and positive attitude throughout your shift
