• Book, reschedule, and confirm cleaning appointments in the scheduling system

• Prepare and send quotes to customers

• Place outbound calls when needed, such as callbacks and appointment confirmations

• Keep customer records and call notes accurate and current

• Make sure every customer inquiry gets followed up and nothing slips through the cracks

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment setting

• Clear, confident spoken English and a friendly phone manner
