Valor Global, Inc. is seeking Call Center Agents to join our customer-focused team in Taguig. You will handle inbound queries, resolve account issues, and deliver an exceptional experience.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and Telco account experience is a strong advantage. The role requires good English communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or college undergraduate.
• Experience in a BPO setting or Telco account preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, navigation, and typing speed (30-35 WPM).
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot basic account, billing, or technical service inquiries.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database system.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and meet daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, Quality Assurance).

Experience in a Telecommunications (Telco) account is a strong advantage, but fresh graduates and candidates without Telco experience are welcome to apply!
