Qualifications

• Basic barista/coffee and food preparation skills.
• Knowledgeable in product offerings and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and resolve customer/service issues.
• Schedule, supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
