• Arrange cuts of meat and place them in a presentable manner.
• Weigh, label and price the variety of meat cuts by on-demand selections.
• Receive deliveries of meat and inspect to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Use skewers, bone knives, twine and other tools and machines.
• Preparing meat into a variety of cuts, deboning, tying, and trimming for customers.
• Educate and suggests to customers different selections of poultry, pork, beef and fish.
• Maintain the quality of products reducing waste and loss of profits.
• Observe cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines.
