RCBC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to support its Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. Based in San Jose Nueva Ecija, the role requires coordinating with the Branch Manager to meet sales goals and expand customer relationships.

You will prepare monthly and daily sales call plans, document action plans, and develop targeted sales activities to promote retail banking products, while applying knowledge of risk controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program.
• Sales mindset with ability to adapt and apply learnings in leadership.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience with credit evaluation and banking policies.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• At least a 4 year graduate.
