Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-oriented professional for its Clark branch to drive account acquisition and cross-sell YGC banking products. The role supports the Branch Manager in reaching sales targets and building a robust retail portfolio.

The successful candidate will prepare and execute daily sales call plans, monitor performance, and develop effective activities to promote RCBC retail banking offerings. A business-related bachelor's degree and strong strategic planning skills are essential.
