RCBC Masbate Branch is seeking a sales-oriented professional to support the branch's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role involves assisting the Branch Manager to meet sales goals and developing sales plans and reports for effective market activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, with strong aptitude for banking, strategic planning, risk controls, and credit evaluation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related program.
• Experience or aptitude in sales within a banking environment.
• Strong strategic planning and management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis and banking policies.
