Job summary

RCBC Capas is seeking a Sales Officer to support the Business Center's growth through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires willingness to be assigned in Capas, Tarlac, and collaboration with the Branch Manager to achieve sales goals.

You will prepare monthly and daily sales call plans, create reports, and develop effective activities to market retail banking products. A Bachelor's degree and the ability to work in a sales and banking environment are essential,
