Job summary

RCBC Balanga branch seeks a dynamic sales-focused professional to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires collaboration with the Branch Manager and development of targeted sales activities.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, ensuring accurate recording of action plans, and applying strategic planning and banking knowledge to drive retail product uptake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Sales and banking environment experience preferred.
• Strong in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls and banking policies.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation and analysis.
