Job summary

RCBC in Sta. Rosa, Laguna seeks a proactive banking professional to support the Business Center's growth and sales initiatives.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales plans, and develop effective activities to market retail banking products. A Bachelor's degree and adaptability to a dynamic banking environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with knowledge of banking products.
• Sales experience in a banking environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management controls is important.
• Experience in credit evaluation and analysis is desirable.
• Familiarity with bank policies and procedures is a plus.
