RCBC is seeking a proactive Sales/Banking Associate to support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and enhancing the marketable portfolio of retail banking products. The role involves planning and reporting on daily sales activities, while developing effective campaigns to grow customer base.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and brings experience in sales within banking, with strong planning, risk awareness, and credit evaluation skills to ensure compliant and profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Sales and banking experience; adapt and apply learnings in leadership.
• Strong in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
