Job summary

RCBC in Manila is seeking a results-driven professional to support the Business Center's sales objectives. The role focuses on account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC banking products, with a willingness to be assigned in Otis and to work with a diverse client base across branches.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, ensure correct recording of action plans, and develop effective activities to market retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Able to work in a sales and banking environment and adapt to surroundings.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Graduate with a degree in any business-related program.
