Job summary

RCBC Bank is seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to support the Business Center in attaining volume objectives and cross-sell YGC products at the Clark branch in the Philippines. The role focuses on expanding account acquisition and strengthening customer relationships.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective activities to promote retail banking products across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Sales and banking environment experience preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk management controls and banking policies.
• Experience with credit evaluation and analysis.
