Job summary

RCBC in General Trias is seeking a proactive Branch sales professional to support the branch’s sales goals by acquiring accounts and cross-selling YGC products.

You will prepare monthly and daily call plans, report progress, and develop effective activities to market retail banking offerings, while aligning with risk controls and banking policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• Sales and banking environment adaptability and leadership.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation and banking policies.
• Experience with bank products and services.
