Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-focused banking professional in General Trias to support the Business Center's growth by acquiring accounts and cross-selling YGC products. The role involves collaborating with branch leadership to meet sales targets and develop structured monthly and daily call plans.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and strong skills in strategic planning, risk and credit evaluation, and knowledge of banking policies. Willing to be assigned in General Trias within Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Able to work well in a sales and banking environment and adapt to surroundings.
• Adept in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
