Job summary

RCBC is seeking a results-driven banking sales professional to support the branch in achieving volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role involves coordinating sales plans, reporting, and ensuring proper documentation of actions at the Diliman location.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and thrives in a sales-driven banking environment, with skills in strategic planning, risk management, and credit evaluation to support retail banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Experience working in a sales/banking environment is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
