Job summary

RCBC is seeking a results-driven Branch Sales Associate to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires willingness to be assigned at Hacienda Luisita Branch in the Philippines.

You'll assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans, and develop effective activities to market retail banking products while adhering to banking policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Sales and banking environment adaptability; leadership.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in any business related program.
