Job summary

Retail is seeking a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst to design, document, and maintain the company's operations management system, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and control. The role acts as the internal process improvement and business excellence specialist, leading process mapping, workflow analysis, and policy development.

You will custodian the Operations Guidelines Manual and coordinate with all departments to standardize practices, review processes, and sustain improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/management engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in process improvement, operations management, or PMO.
• Experience in process mapping, policy development, and documentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

About the role

The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst in SSL888 is responsible for designing, documenting, improving, and maintaining the company's operational management system to ensure efficiency, consistency, and organizational control. Serving as the company's internal process improvement and business excellence specialist, the role leads initiatives related to process mapping, workflow analysis, policy development, operational documentation, and continuous improvement. The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst serves as the custodian of the Operations Guidelines Manual (OGM) and ensures that approved business processes, policies, and operating standards are properly documented, communicated, implemented, and periodically reviewed. Working closely with all departments, the role identifies operational inefficiencies, recommends process improvements, and establishes standardized practices that support business growth and operational excellence. The position also leads the Operations, Planning, and Control team, composed of the OPC Assistant and Process Compliance Auditors, to ensure that approved processes are consistently implemented and sustained throughout the organization.

• Lead and develop the Operations, Planning, and Control team.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, business process management, industrial engineering, quality management, or organizational development.
• Experience in process mapping, policy development, documentation, and operational analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
