Philippine National Bank (PNB) is seeking a Process Manager to define, design, and continuously update methodologies, manuals, procedures and service delivery standards across all banking operations, ensuring alignment with strategy, compliance, and customer-centric goals. You will meet with stakeholders, observe processes, collect data, analyze gaps, and develop proposals with clear documentation.

The Process Manager shall be responsible for defining, designing, and continuously updating methodologies, manuals, procedures and service delivery standards across all areas of business operations ensuring that these are aligned with overall strategic directions, are current, consistent, harmonized, subscribed to best practices and comply with regulatory requirements. He/she shall provide critical thinking expertise that can challenge the stakeholder's ideas to promote an efficient, cost effective, compliant and customer-centric solution.
Meet with stakeholders/business units to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business
Conduct floor walks or site visits to observe, gather data and analyze existing processes
Interview persons involved in the process to determine business requirements, pain points, challenges
Analyze existing processes (including but not limited to forms and reports), determine process and control gaps, identify root cause of problems, issues, delays and identify areas for process improvement and automation
Perform organization reviews to determine the effectiveness of the existing structure and functions and recommend improvements as needed
Prepare proposals and presentation materials and present findings and recommendations for stakeholder approval
Review the Operations Manual of the different units of the Bank to verify alignment with policies, regulations, OPPs and as necessary, propose changes and/or make recommendations to enhance internal controls and streamline the processes
Create process documentation/workflows of existing and proposed processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that documentations are aligned with project requirements and deadlines
Conduct post-implementation review on implemented processes to validate benefits capture and to determine if there are other opportunities for improvement
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, industrial engineering or similar.
At least two (2) years work experience.
Policy and technical writing skills with minimum 6 months experience.
Understanding of business functions, workflows and processes with minimum of 6 months experience.
