Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an Industrial Engineering graduate for a Process Improvement Analyst role in Manila. You will support process development, document workflows, and work with teams to implement improved ways of working.

About the Role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering graduate to join our team as a Process Improvement Analyst. In this role, you will support process development and continuous improvement projects by analyzing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, documenting processes, and working with different teams to implement better ways of working.

What You'll Do

• Support global and local Process Development (PD) and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects from planning through implementation.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Assist with current-state and future-state process mapping activities.
• Gather and analyze operational data, metrics, and KPIs to support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with root cause analysis and development of improvement recommendations.
• Support process mapping, ideation, prioritization, and improvement workshops with stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing project documentation such as project charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), communication plans, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with process owners and relevant teams to document and implement improved processes.
• Maintain project actions and issues logs and provide general project coordination support.
• Assist in developing and delivering process improvement training and workshops.
• Support documentation and training related to Process Mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Design Thinking.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, or Design Thinking.
• Experience using Microsoft Visio or other process mapping tools.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Experience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, or process manuals.
• Internship or project experience in Process Improvement, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Analysis, or Process Excellence.
• Experience facilitating or presenting during workshops or project presentations.
