Job summary

Retail is seeking a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst to design, document, and maintain the company's operations management system, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and control. The role acts as the internal process improvement and business excellence specialist, leading process mapping, workflow analysis, and policy development.

You will custodian the Operations Guidelines Manual and coordinate with all departments to standardize practices, review processes, and sustain improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/management engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in process improvement, operations management, or PMO.
• Experience in process mapping, policy development, and documentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, analysis, design, and continuous improvement of business processes across functions.
• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational studies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Develop standardized workflows and operational frameworks aligned to business objectives.
• Custodian of Operations Guidelines Manual; develop and maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Develop internal controls to promote consistency and accountability.
• Supervise Process Compliance Auditors in branch and departmental reviews.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives using process improvement methodologies.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects involving improvements, policy implementation, and system enhancements.
• Lead and develop the Operations, Planning, and Control team.
