Qualifications

  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end process mapping and documentation of current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate business processes against organizational goals, policies, and best practices.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process changes.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive process documentation, reports, and presentations for management and project teams.
  • Support the implementation of approved process improvements and monitor outcomes.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of processes with systems and controls.
  • Ensure process changes are properly communicated and documented.
