Sunrise & Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Manager for the Philippines to grow our distribution network and strengthen market presence.

You will manage distributors, dealers and key accounts, develop growth plans, and coordinate with regional teams on sales, promotions and supply.

The role requires a business degree, 5–10 years in sales/distribution, and willingness to travel across the country.

Qualifications

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager - Philippines to strengthen our existing business, develop new distribution opportunities, and expand our market presence in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service existing distributors, dealers, retailers and key accounts in the Philippines.

• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase business with each account.

• Develop account-wise growth plans covering sales, product categories, distribution coverage and promotional opportunities.

• Identify and develop new accounts and distribution channels across the Philippines.

• Expand market coverage by identifying opportunities in sporting goods retailers, specialty stores, institutions, clubs, academies and other relevant channels.

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.

• Work closely with customers on product launches, promotions, campaigns and other market-development activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, product developments and emerging business opportunities.

• Conduct regular market visits and maintain close engagement with customers and business partners.

• Coordinate with Sunrise regional teams on sales planning, product availability, marketing, promotions and supply requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, distribution or key account management.

• Experience in the Philippines consumer goods, sporting goods, lifestyle, footwear, apparel or related industry would be preferred.

• Strong understanding of distributor, dealer and retail account management.

• Proven ability to develop new customers and expand distribution networks.

• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Good understanding of sales planning, promotions and market-development activities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the Philippines as required.
