Job summary

Sunrise & Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Manager for the Philippines to grow our distribution network and strengthen market presence.

You will manage distributors, dealers and key accounts, develop growth plans, and coordinate with regional teams on sales, promotions and supply.

The role requires a business degree, 5–10 years in sales/distribution, and willingness to travel across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 5–10 years in sales, business development, distribution or key account management.
• Experience in consumer goods, sporting goods, lifestyle, footwear, or apparel preferred.
• Strong distributor, dealer and retail account management.
• Proven ability to grow new customers and networks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing distributors, dealers, retailers and key accounts in the Philippines.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and seek opportunities to grow business.
• Develop account-wise growth plans covering sales, products, distribution and promotions.
• Identify and develop new accounts and distribution channels across the Philippines.
• Expand market coverage with sporting goods retailers, institutions and clubs.
• Develop and execute sales plans to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with customers on launches, promotions and market-development activities.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, product developments and opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain engagement with partners.
• Coordinate with Sunrise regional teams on sales planning, product availability, marketing and supply.
