Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Team Leader to drive sales targets for a team of Sales Officers and Sales Associates. You will coach, provide incentives, and work with Client Engagement and Customer Care to deliver a seamless cross-sell and servicing experience.

Responsibilities include leading sales execution, ensuring quality and AML compliance, coordinating campaigns, and managing stakeholder communication to grow business while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Banking Sales Officer, preferably in loan.
• Sales leadership experience in Branches or Direct Sales is an advantage.
• Product experience in secured/unsecured lending; exposure to cash management or insurance desired.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution – Sell the Bank’s Business Banking products through branch and non-branch sales teams to meet monthly targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Sales Quality – Ensure proper execution and close of client transactions, covering AML checks and documentation.
• Campaign – Lead the team to implement road shows, marketing programs, or product campaigns with partners to generate leads.
• People Leadership – Ensure team members are engaged and training needs are met to deliver roles.
• Stakeholder Management – Update key stakeholders on developments, opportunities, or escalations in relevant forums.
