Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Banking Sales Officer, preferably in loan.
• Sales leadership experience either in Branches or Direct Sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution – Sell the Bank’s Business Banking products through branch and non-branch sales teams to meet targets.
• Sales Quality – Ensure sales team closes transactions with proper AML checks and documentation.
• Campaign – Lead team to implement road shows and product campaigns to generate sales leads.
• People Leadership – Ensure team members are engaged and receive timely training.
• Stakeholder Management – Update key stakeholders on developments and opportunities in business forums.
