Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Team Leader to deliver sales targets through a team of Sales Officers and Sales Associates. You will provide coaching, incentives, and day-to-day guidance to achieve targets while coordinating with Client Engagement and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on mentorship, and the ability to manage campaigns and partnerships to generate leads.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Banking Sales Officer, preferably in loan.
• Sales leadership experience either in Branches or Direct Sales is an advantage.
• With Product experience in secured/unsecured lending, and exposure to cash management or insurance is desired.

• Sales Execution – Sell the Bank’s Business Banking products through branch and non-branch sales team to meet monthly targets.
• Sales Quality – Ensure sales team properly executes and closes client transactions with AML checks and documentation.

• People Leadership – Ensure team members are engaged and their training needs are met for them to perform.
• Stakeholder Management – Engage key stakeholders to update them on developments, opportunities or escalation issues.

Job description

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for delivering sales target assigned to sales team members comprising Sales Officers and Sales Associates. As part of meeting sales target, job holder is expected to provide sales team members with the needed incentive and coaching, engage in relevant business forums, as well as manage day to day administrative matters. Job holder is also expected to work closely with the Client Engagement Team and Customer Care Team to deliver seamless client experience from a cross sell and servicing perspective.

How you'll contribute

• Sales Execution – Sells the Bank’s Business Banking products through branch and non-branch sales team to meet monthly targets while ensuring target portfolio quality is met.
• Sales Quality – Ensure sales team properly executes and close transaction of clients. This covers all governance related processes including AML checks and documentation matters.
• Campaign – Lead team to implement road shows, marketing programs or product campaigns with key partners to generate sales leads.
• People Leadership – Ensure team members are properly engaged and their training needs are timely met for them to deliver their roles.
• Stakeholder Management – Timely engage key stakeholders to update them on new developments, new opportunities or to escalation issues in relevant business forums.

What we’re looking for
