Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Business Development Supervisor to lead key account management and drive growth across our digital media and mobile value-added services (VAS) segments.

You will interface with corporate clients, telcos, media networks, and agencies to package campaigns and build strategic partnerships. You will lead cross-functional execution teams, generate new leads, develop proposals, and ensure revenue growth while coordinating with Marketing, App Development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales in Digital/Advertising/Media/Telco VAS.
• Proven track record packaging digital campaigns for mobile/digital VAS.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Demonstrated drive to generate leads and hit sales targets.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead key account management and build long-term client relationships.
• Proactively generate and close new sales leads aligned to targets.
• Develop business plans and proposals to expand digital campaigns and VAS services.
• Coordinate with App Development, Tech Ops, Design, and Marketing to deliver campaigns on time.
• Oversee budgeting, financial monitoring, and compliance with regulations; mentor junior staff.
