Dempsey in the Philippines is seeking a Business Development Supervisor to lead key accounts and drive growth across digital media and VAS segments. You will interface with corporate clients, telcos, media networks, and agencies to package campaigns and develop partnerships.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, generate leads, manage proposals, ensure timely delivery, and oversee budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales within Digital/Advertising/Media/Telco VAS.
• Proven track record packaging digital campaigns for mobile/digital value-added services.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills; proficient with digital presentation tools.
• Target-driven with demonstrated ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Leadership skills to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (tech, design, operations) to execute projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and the company to build long-term relationships and manage expectations.
• Interface with telco and media networks, content owners, media agencies, and digital marketing partners.
• Develop key corporate accounts to grow app development, mobile VAS, and digital ad placements year-on-year.
• Proactively generate and close new sales leads aligned with sales targets.
• Develop business plans and proposals to expand company segments.
• Coordinate with App Development, Tech Operations, and Design teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
• Partner with Marketing to produce collaterals and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are processed, serviced, and billed in a timely manner.
• Oversee budget preparation and financial monitoring for assigned services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant government agency requirements (e.g., DTI).
• Supervise and mentor assigned Business Development Specialists or Junior Account Executives.
