One Food Group is seeking professionals for franchise development and site acquisition across Metro Manila and North Luzon. You will source prime sites, assess trade areas, and help develop business and marketing plans while meeting with potential and existing franchisees.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in site sourcing and site acquisition with negotiation with lessors.
• Background in Food or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Willing to do field work in Metro Manila and North Area (Baguio, Ilocos & Cagayan).
• 6 open positions that will be assigned in Metro Manila and North Luzon Area.
