Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in site sourcing and site acquisition with negotiation with lessors.
• Background in Food or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Willing to do field work in Metro Manila and North Area (Baguio, Ilocos & Cagayan).
• 6 open positions that will be assigned in Metro Manila and North Luzon Area.

• Develops and executes strategies to increase business sales and profits.
• Responsible for market research, trade area assessment, site sourcing and acquisition, developing business and marketing plans, meeting with potential and existing franchisee.
