iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is hiring a Business Development Officer in Calamba City, Laguna. This full-time role focuses on driving new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and securing partnerships aligned with our strategic goals.

You will research prospects, craft sales strategies, assess client needs, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good business sense and deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Degree in Business or related field is advantageous.
