Job summary

Max's Group, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a proactive professional to lead site sourcing, preliminary studies, and evaluating new store locations.

You will negotiate terms and ensure timely acquisition of viable sites, while identifying rental savings opportunities. You will maintain lessee contract files, screen franchise inquiries, and provide evaluations to support strategic growth across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Prepares preliminary studies and conducts site evaluation.
• Implements site sourcing and negotiation initiatives based on identified new trade areas.
• Sources and prepares preliminary study of on-site location.
• Provides recommendations and evaluations on rental savings initiatives.
• Maintains industry, competitors sales and marketable study.
• Negotiates rates and other terms of new and existing stores.

• Ensures maintenance and upkeep of lessee contract file.
