Job summary

One Food Group in the Philippines is seeking a Site Sourcing Specialist to develop and execute strategies to increase franchise sales and profits. You will focus on site sourcing, acquisition, market research, and meeting with potential and existing franchisees.

This role covers field work in Metro Manila and North Luzon (Baguio, Ilocos, Cagayan), with 6 open positions assigned to Metro Manila and the North Luzon area. Strong negotiation and retail background preferred.

Qualifications

• With at least 2-3 years of experience in site sourcing, site acquisition and negotiation with lessors.
• With background in Food or retail industry
• With strong negotiation skills
• Willing to do field work in Metro Manila and North Area (Baguio, Ilocos & Cagayan)
• 6 open positions that will be assigned in Metro Manila and North Luzon Area.
