Job summary

Health Maintenance Inc. is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Makati. The role focuses on maintaining deep knowledge of products, identifying opportunities, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has a marketing degree, at least one year in sales, solid MS Office skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Driving is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in sales is an advantage.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and industry trends.
• Perform market research and identify new opportunities and/or new business.
• Build strong relationships with clients/accounts.
• Create proposals tailored to the needs of the accounts.
• Deliver presentations and orientation highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
• Keep records of client interactions, sales activities, and prepare reports.
• Plan sales strategies and collaborate with marketing/management to improve processes.
