ELSAL Ventures OPC is looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Senior Manager to drive growth, forge strategic partnerships, and strengthen key client relationships across markets.

You will lead a high‑performing team, guide proposals, and collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver compelling client solutions while mentoring the Business Development function and expanding our market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in business development, B2B sales or account management.
• 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and proposal development is a plus.
