Job summary

Q-Mark Pet Products is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales initiatives, strengthen market presence, and craft strategies that drive growth across channels in Metro Manila.

You will build and manage a high-performing team, develop marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with key accounts to expand our customer base and brand reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales and marketing, with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building and deadline management.
