Job summary

ALLDIGI TECH MANILA, INC. (AMI) seeks a motivated sales professional to drive prospecting and build strong client relationships in the Philippines HR/Payroll outsourced and SaaS market.

The role focuses on market intelligence and selling Alldigi's HR Payroll Services to new and existing clients. The candidate will analyze operational data, map demand and supply in business districts, and deliver quantitative insights to management while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevance to Accountancy/IT/CS/Business/HRM.
• Experience in solution selling or service industry in the Philippines.
• Tech savvy; proficient with Microsoft apps and databases.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies; excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with customers in the HR/Payroll Outsourced/SaaS market in the Philippines.
• Market and sell Alldigi's HR Payroll Services.

The position is expected to have a high-level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements.

Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain.

Understand Competition in Philippines for HR/Payroll services – Outsourced and SaaS Payroll

Map HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country

To market and sell Alldigi's HR Payroll Services

Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Management.

Maintain business relationships with existing clients.

Job Requirement

Highest educational attainment should be Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / IT / Computer Science / Business Management / Human Resources Management

With experience in solution selling or working with service industry in Philippines

Tech savvy and is computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft apps and databases

With excellent analytical skills and has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies

Excellent communication skills
